There is just so much to say but I will give my best here to write a lil bit of everything about myself.
I am in my 20s and I am an avid Internet user and Business Maker. I own my own label and streetwear portal that first started online and now has branched out as an offline store at an upmarket location. I have to admit that I am a serial entrepreneur and was bitten by the bug about 10 years ago. I will share with you some of my experiences in my entrepreneurial journey in time to come.
Setting up a business to me is an enriching experience but at the end of the day, the satisfaction of helping others to get what they want still beats doing things just for the sake of money. In my free time, I provide tuition services, teaching English and Mathematics. However, this is more to help students who really need the coaching than to enrich myself. I think that the travelling time to a student’s home and the time to teach them exceeds the income that you actually get.
I have been on the net since 1998 but in the past, the knowledge gained in the internet was more for the promotion of my tropical fish business that I started in 1999, online shares trading from 1998 till today and also setting up and running a successful streetwear company. I think that that the time have arrived for me to venture into other areas of the internet such as internet marketing and investigating what causes people to come together online as a community and what makes a good internet leader.
I feel that one can really become successful online if one truly understands the dynamics of how a community is forged. It would also benefit to know the strategies used by internet chiefs to be in constant contact with their followers and how they get their followers to sometimes take action which would in turn benefit them in a truly win-win situation.
I am also a Graphic Designer specialising in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I would say that I am better with Illustrator than anything else. I design my t-shirts for my own label and also do some web designing myself.
I have a lot more to share about myself and the journey that I have taken. This page will continuously be updated and will be used to share the ups and downs of my entrepreneurial life.
